I love coming here! Been with this dentist for as long as I can remember. All staff here are kind, especially Kasia! When I get my cleanings done she always does them she makes me feel comfortable and the cleaning is done quick and she’s so sweet! Wouldn’t change it at all. When you visit ask for her!
This is the most welcoming and charming dental office I have ever had the privilege of visiting. In particular, I am grateful for the truly warm and supportive nature of one of the assistants, Kyla. Her hard working manner is incomparable, and I am blown away by her equal measure of kindness and diligence. This office has been a go to in my family for years, and I highly recommend Castro Valley Dental Care.
This a great place to come especially if you have anxiety this place made me feel so comfortable here especially Kyla she is there lead assistant and she has a amazing, caring, and sweet presence that makes you feel safe and valued. This is a great place for all ages Im 20 so this is a great first dentist to go to! I want to get my teeth deep whiten soon and they offer that here so I will be back soon
It’s difficult to find a place where you can experience professionalism, knowledge, amazing skills, and human kindness all at one time. That’s why I love Dr. Yuen’s dental office and his incredible team. I have to say my favorite hygienist is Kasia, she does a superb job cleaning my teeth. And Kyla is so sweet, experienced, knowledgeable, and caring; she helps me relax during my dental procedures. I know my smile is in good hands.
The receptionists Susie and Olivia were warm,attentive and helpful. Doctor Yuen was patient and reassuring and very transparent with me when I asked questions. They have modern dental tech. Overall, friendly staff, the premises is very clean and well lit.
